Define what should be checked
Spacefulfill can check products and packing before dispatch. Agree on a checklist first: counts, variants, visible damage, basic measurements and packaging condition where applicable.
Use a reference sample
Supply the approved sample specification, photos and tolerances. A reference makes a check more useful than a general request to make sure quality is good.
Choose an inspection scope
Confirm whether checks cover every unit or a sample, which tests are included, what photos you receive and whether destructive or specialist tests are excluded.
Resolve problems before dispatch
Agree who decides whether to hold, replace or rework a flagged item, and who bears additional cost. Keep approval records before the parcel leaves.
Inspection is not certification
Routine visual checks do not replace laboratory testing, regulatory compliance work or product safety certification. Establish destination requirements before ordering.
